We aim to take regular commercial real estate agents and train them to the next level of expertise. The main goal is to take younger less experienced agents and train them to become leaders. You will not be asked to do busy work and treated like a lower-level employee, you will be immediately welcomed as part of the team. This is a real estate family in which 100% focus is given to all new agents with the aim to create a strong team of committed agents ready to take on all commercial deals that come their way.

• Previous commercial real estate experience will be very beneficial coming in, but not required.
