Overview: This position handles quality control, detailing, scanning of vehicles, and miscellaneous Lot Attendant duties.Responsibilities:
Monitor the cleanliness of the interior of vehicles that have been completed by Collision Center staff. Perform detailing on the interior of vehicles that do not pass inspection as needed.
Responsible for pre and post scanning of all vehicles that enter the Collision Center to document all repairs needed and the completion of those repairs. Ensure that all vehicles are scanned before being worked on and scan all vehicles after work has been completed.
Qualifications:
Complete general Lot Attendant responsibilities as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, picking up and dropping off vehicles from various service departments and other miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned.
1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
