MAIN OBJECTIVE
Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines to cut, route, and produce programmed components for solid surface countertops and commercial grade cabinetry. This includes saws, routers, edge banders.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up, maintain, and operate an assigned CNC machine according to daily goals.
- Perform CNC machine functions to produce cabinets, and/or countertops in order to meet daily production schedules.
- Operate a variety of different machines in order to advance skills and serve the companies production needs.
- Report defective materials, safety concerns, or broken equipment to the Machine Supervisor
- Learn and observe Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) policies and procedures for all machines within the entire plant.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Lead, or Production Manager.
- Complete daily production goals as directed by the Production Supervisor or Production Lead.
- Required to follow all company Safety Rules and Procedures. (including but not limited to PPE)
- Required to maintain a consistent and acceptable attendance according to the assigned schedule provided by the manager as well as the Team Member Handbook.
- Meet departmental goals and defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school Diploma/GED preferred. Less than high school education may be accepted.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a production environment operating similar equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs required.
- Ability to stand, walk and maneuver entire shift, or longer
- Previous knowledge of tape measure, math, and use of hand or power tools required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and complete a wide variety of carpentry and assembler tasks.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime and weekends required.
- Must have a reliable method of transportation to/from the facility.

- Ability to pull or push the Q-System non driven trolleys to transport pre- cut and finished materials throughout the facility.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
