We have IMMEDIATE openings for caregivers to provide 1-on-1 personal care to clients in their homes in Gloucester, Beverly, Ipswich, Rockport, as well as many other North Shore Communities.
Available Hours: Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem, Mother's hours
Client Care
Experience, Education and License
Minimum of eighth grade education, high school graduate or GED preferred. Must be a mature person of at least 18 years of age who has successfully completed a Certified Home Health Aide Training Program (minimum of 75 hours), and has demonstrated competency. Unless otherwise agreed upon by employer, employee must have a valid driver's license. Furthermore, employee shall have use of a vehicle during working times and insurance as a driver of that automobile.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must be certified as a Home Health Aide in Massachusetts. Must have a valid driver's license and valid car registration. Furthermore, employee shall have use of a vehicle during working times and insurance as a driver of that automobile. Must attend in-service education, a minimum of 12 hours per Calendar year which must include those designated as mandatory.
