Employment Type : Full-Time

• This is for a 32 hour position
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing or Medical Assistant.
• A valid IN LPN license required or Certified Medical Assistant
• Must have active CPR (BLS)
• Employee or Occupational Health experience preferred
• Experience with employee work injuries and venipuntures preferred.
• Experience with Excel Spreadsheet preferred
• Must be able to work in a fact pace environment
