Closing Coordinator

Closing Coordinator- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, investor and internal policies and procedures with regard to closing and post-closing requirements.
- Review homeowners insurance, flood insurance, and other related documents for accuracy.
- Communicate with Vice President of Closing & Production any issues or concerns.
- Communicate with Loan Officers and other staff.
- Prepare and send closing documents using Encompass.
- Review HUD for accuracy, and provide any necessary changes required.
- Answer any inquiries regarding closing issues and scheduling.
- Follow-up on any outstanding closing conditions including home owners insurance and inspection certifications (i.e. Termite, Final, Flood, Septic, Well, etc.).
- Title review knowledge a plus.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
