We are seeking a Clinician II for our Regional Educational Assessment Crisis Response Habilitation (REACH) department.

**Substance Abuse, Mental Health, or ID/DD experience is preferred for this position. **

Responsibilities and Duties for Clinician:

• Guide individuals through a staged intake process in which eligibility, treatment readiness and motivation to change is determined.

• Complete eligibility assessments and services authorization request for third party payers.

• Develop and implement individual service plans; monitor individuals on the agency intake waiting list.

• Provide crisis stabilization services and/or refer to Emergency Services; review and authorize individual service plans and quarterly summaries.

• Complete documentation in accordance with state and federal individuals who do not meet WTCSB eligibility requirements.

• Make referrals within and outside the agency.

Qualifications and Skills for Clinician:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related Human Services field required.

• The candidate must be License Eligible.

• A minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a human services field, preferably in a mental health setting.

• Valid current driver’s license and acceptable DMV record
