Clinician I or II - PACT Details

OVERVIEW: Seeking individual to provide clinical services within the PACT Team (Program for Assertive Community Treatment Team) working with individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness in their community to support recovery and increased independent living. Responsibilities will include providing community based services to individuals and coordinating supports among providers to increase overall functioning within the community. Schedule has some flexibility but must be available to work some weekend and evenings.QUALIFICATIONS: Education and/or experience in a field that demonstrates the ability to perform the assigned tasks; Graduation from an accredited university with a Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related human services field is required. Licensure or Licensure eligibility as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist is required. Experience in providing services in a community based setting is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. Certification in CPR and First Aid are required (training provided).
