Devereux Children’s Behavioral Health Center (DCBHC), located in Malvern, PA, provides programs and services for children and adolescents who are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis within a safe and compassionate inpatient environment. The team is currently seeking a Full-Time Therapist to provide the coordination and delivery of clinical services to include family, group, and individual therapy for assigned individuals. Additionally, the Clinician provides consultative services within the treatment team on clinical matters providing support and guidance to other team members, including direct care staff; Performs clinical assessments as required and participates in outcome initiatives.
As a Clinician at Devereux’s Mapleton Programs you will be involved in creating a focused and customized treatment plan to serve the needs of children and adolescents who have experienced specific emotional and behavioral challenges and traumas. This program focuses on Program-Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PW-PBIS), a program-wide system of care that promotes and rewards positive behaviors, and prevents negative behaviors, to create safe, supportive living environments.

Must have clinical license (LCSW, LPC), or be licensed-eligible and willing to obtain license.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years verified paid experience providing mental health treatment required. Previous clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare setting strongly preferred. Devereux CBHS utilized evidence based practices to support progress toward healthy coping and relationships for the individuals we serve. Experience in evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, functional assessment and behavioral interventions are preferred. Additionally, we offer extensive training and professional development opportunities to grow your skills to support effective service delivery.
Must maintain valid drivers license
