Job Details Description Job Summary This is a temporary position that will manage covid vaccine preparation for daily vaccine clinics, maintains and reports covid vaccine inventory, maintains and places covid vaccine orders and vaccine ancillary supply orders. Participates in Medication Utilization Evaluations (MUE), education, patient monitoring, Quality Improvement (QI) programs and drug information activities of the pharmacy. Interprets physician orders, evaluates patient profiles, makes appropriate interventions as needed, enters medication orders into the computer, compounds or prepares medication for patients as prescribed by the physician, and practices and promotes the concept of patient-focused care.
