Job Details: The Clinical Pharmacist Implementations Specialist leads the organization, management, and planning of complex projects for the company’s implementation, development, and operational efforts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. They will lead the facilitation of presentations, build strong partnerships, and serve as the clinical subject matter expert for new and ongoing infusion projects. They will also serve as business partner to pharmacy operations as infusion projects are integrated into the business. This leader reports to the Chief Pharmacy Strategy Officer and VP of Operations and will travel up to 50% of the time. Responsibilities Partner, support, and collaborate with management in designing, implementing, evaluating, and managing assigned projects Leads an interdepartmental team effort to complete assigned projects on time, on-budget, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly Addresses questions, concerns, and/or challenges throughout the project Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors Anticipate the needs of executives and managers Assist internal team members with developing and enhancing process procedures Keep stakeholders informed of project status and deliverables, as well as risk and mitigation strategies Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices Create and edit project related documents, materials, and presentations Performs other related duties as assigned Skills & Abilities Clinical expertise with RPh/PharmD licensure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong business acumen Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Requirements Bachelor’s Degree Pharmacy or PharmD Active clinical licensure in good standing At least 3-5 years in a home infusion setting Project management experience; PMP or CPXP preferred Ability to travel up to 50% Exceptional presentation skills; able to influence up to C-level executives CarepathRx provides equal employment opportunity to all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, genetic information, or veteran status, or other legally protected classification in the state in which a person is seeking employment.
