Summary:

In this role, you will oversee delivery of clinical analytic services, with a primary focus on pharmacy, but may expand to other clinical areas. You will drive insights from data across company data systems and domains and feed that intelligence into business systems, products, and data consumers. You will provide the delivery of data analytics and services to fulfill reporting and analytic needs to lines of business across various data consumers. .

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with on-site member resources, product specialists and consulting services to deliver clinical analytics required in support of drug savings opportunities as well as opportunities in other areas.

  • Lead staff in providing analytic support and insights, both ad-hoc and engagement related, to our pharmacy advisory team.

  • Provide clinical expertise and insight to internal and member customers including clinical resource utilization practices and opportunities on inpatient, outpatient, and the continuum.

  • Provide analytical support for corresponding performance improvement initiatives (e.g. opioid stewardship collaborative) as well as lead and work collaboratively with clinical, operational, supply, and pharmacy analytics on cross-functional analyses.

  • Apply clinical expertise to the development of canned pharmacy and other clinical area insights that can be shared across the membership.

  • Stay current and incorporate national regulations and best practices to ensure analytics are in alignment as well as inform internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert.

  • Ensure analytics services alignment with corporate strategies for member offering and product delivery and company data governance policies.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to self-improvement as a leader by actively developing the Leadership, Professional and Technical competencies assigned.

Qualifications:

  • PharmD degree required.

  • 7 or more years of experience required.

  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel, Access and/or other data analysis software required.

  • Knowledge of health care data sets required.

  • SQL and/or analytic programming skills preferred.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative problem-solving & data analysis.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$86,300.00 - $128,400.00
