Veritas Collaborative is a national healthcare system for the treatment of eating disorders. Supervisory activities include (but are not limited to):· Interviewing, hiring, goal development, on-boarding and insuring continuous training requirements and compliance items are met. · 1:1 and team meetings to discuss successes, challenges, new projects, innovations, company changes, etc. · Timely coaching and disciplinary action (delivery and documentation), as needed · Completing performance reviews for employees within company designated time-frames · Maintain employees’ time-cards in Payroll system, insuring the correct hours are accounted for, overtime is managed, and paid-time off request are promptly addressed. · Provides leadership alongside Medical Director of the clinical team meetings, including all multidisciplinary patient care meetings and clinical team consultation meetings. · Participates as the clinical representative on the Executive Leadership Team at the assigned facility. · Manages all financial authorizations and budgetary matters associated with the clinical department · Responsible for adequate staffing levels for the clinical team to serve patients in the facility at all times, to include on-call coverage and coverage of all program services; provides oversight for therapeutic assistant staffing, scheduling, and management. Works with Executive Director to manage relationship between budget, census, and staffing needs. · Supports the admission process through working with the medical director and intake team to ensure timely review of incoming clinical referral information and availability of providers to facilitate admissions as scheduled. · Directs and implements all clinical philosophy development and implementation efforts within the facility, in coordination with the Senior Director of Clinical Services to ensure continuity and consistency across Veritas facilities. · Responds to all patient and family concerns to ensure that the highest standards of patient care are met. · Responsible for compliance oversight of clinical services that are necessary to meet all regulatory and accreditation requirements, and audits charts as needed. · Functions as a conduit between the facility clinical team and the Senior Director of Clinical Services · Provides meal coaching and support for patients and families, including participating in and completing meals as appropriate, and supporting all clinical team members in doing the same · Participates in optimization of the electronic health record to meet clinical team needs and compliance requirements · Perform other duties, as assigned by the Executive Director or Senior Director of Clinical Services.
Experience· 2+ years of direct care experience with patients with eating disorders · 2+ years experience with DBT or FBT therapy skills · 2+ years experience working in a residential or inpatient level of care · Experience providing clinical supervision for clinicians delivering individual, group and family therapy for patients with eating disorders. · Experience delivering evidence-based psychotherapy for patients with eating disorders. · Personnel management experience required · Clinical administration experience required
