Full Time, Days. Pay range is between $25.11-$37.67/hr depending on years of relevant and like experience. Boulder Community Health is a Certified Level II Trauma Center. POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for managing daily incoming phone calls from assigned physician’s patients and caregivers of patients, including family and professional, established sources of care (e.g. home health agencies, pharmacies, social service agencies, nursing homes, etc.). Problem solves care issues and appropriate sources of medical expertise and provides a prompt courteous response to questions and concerns. May need to perform other duties than assigned (will perform those duties for which he/she has demonstrated competency). Assist providers with patient care when needed. Works directly with assigned physician during clinic time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education or Formal Training Special Qualifications (Licensure, Registration, etc.) Knowledge, Skill and Ability Experience One to two years experience in clinic setting preferred.
