Our staff includes a nationally recognized team of specialized ophthalmic surgeons and optometric physicians, with vast clinical experience in a wide variety of eye surgical services with advanced technology and excellent results.
- Provide operational leadership and management oversight for our Mount Vernon Clinic. Establish and maintain an effective operating environment that ensures effective, efficient, and safe operations of the practice and responds to patient, staff, and physician needs.
- Oversee all aspects of clinic operations including the patient visit process, triage, policies and procedures, clinical regulatory compliance, human resources including staff development, safety, and facilities maintenance.
- Works under minimal supervision, referring exceptional problems and issues to management for review and/or approval. Leads by example promoting a positive team environment and a respectful workplace.
- Ensure that clinic employees are patient focused, provide excellent customer service and clinic meets performance expectations in the areas of patient care, quality, service, access, and finance. Along with doctors and staff, manage clinic for optimum performance – patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or 3 years minimum experience in medical group practice.
- 2 years minimum supervisor/management experience.
- Demonstrate a high degree of management competency; including but not limited to leadership, collaboration, negotiation, motivational and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrate excellence in communication skills- demonstrated ability to convey ideas and information, verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate a high degree of organizational and analytical skills.
- Able and willing to achieve goals with tenacity, compassion.
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently or lead and perform as part of the larger team, in a fast paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspect of the job.
- Extensive PC knowledge and skills
