Clinic Manager – Immediate Opening The Clinic Manager is responsible for the day to day business operations of the MSP Psychological Clinic, assisting the Clinic Director in managing the Clinic according to standards established by the Michigan School of Psychology in keeping with accreditation and professional practice standards. The Manager role is critical to the success of the daily and overall operations of the Clinic. The Clinic Manager must be competent in organizing and independently prioritizing work, problem solving, establishing/improving procedures and systems, and ensuring orderly and timely work flow. The ability to effectively utilize computing technology, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems, and to collect and report data is essential. This individual must be sensitive to the needs of the organization, clients, student clinicians, and other co-workers to maintain and promote a productive work environment. This position reports to the Vice President. The Michigan School Psychological Clinic opened in 2020 providing low-cost psychological testing, psychotherapy and Applied Behavior Analysis services for the Greater Metro Detroit Community. The MSP mental health clinic is staffed by a Clinic Director, Clinic Supervisors, and graduate practicum students from MSP’s master’s and doctoral programs. Fees for mental health services are calculated on an income-based sliding scale.
