The Client Success Specialist (CSS) will execute full client management and is actively involved in all phases, including client onboarding, quarterly business reviews, client renewals and client campaign initiatives. The CSS will possess excellent communication, project management, and customer services skills. Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and conducts strategic internal and client kick-off meetings.
  • Manages client interactions, ensuring continuation of services, ensures that upsell and expansion opportunities are provided and utilized with customers.
  • Supports efforts to mine and develop an understanding of customer feedback and drive closed-loop process.
  • Manage large client portfolio and help to maintain above average industry retention rates.
  • Manages client information preparing content, and regularly updating CRM and project work items.
  • Sets expectations, develops and communicates implementation project timeline and defines the onboarding process.
  • Facilitates client communication during the onboarding phase and beyond.
  • Advocates client needs/issues cross-departmentally.
  • Actively participates and takes ownership during implementation meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent client management and project management abilities.
  • Consultative and collaborative in nature.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years in client success, client experience, project management, account management or equivalent history in client services role is a plus.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities quickly.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
