As a Client Success Representative, you will be a vital member and leader of the Customer Experience team. As a Client Success Representative, you are expected to be part problem- solver, part decision-maker, and part client advocate to promote retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate for our Client Success Representative role will be an approachable, animated leader who is solution-oriented and committed to providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Client Success Representative Responsibilities:
- Review and respond to a high volume of communication directly with the potential leads, current clients, customers, and other team members
- Anticipate client needs and actively provide refined customer service
- Maintain positive member relations at all times by using good judgment and the ability to multitask
- Responsible for tracking new consumer data within the system trained for
- Maintain complete confidentiality with customer and client information
Recommended Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in client/customer service, concierge, hospitality, and/or member relations industry
- Thrive in fast-paced, always evolving, startup environment
- Experience working with high-level clients to be able to meet their required needs
- No degree required however it is considered a plus
- Experience working in a high volume Customer Service environment
Salary: $46,000 - $54,000
