As the Client Relations Specialist you will interact with our customers and be responsible for leading all client business reviews, capturing client feedback, and assisting ODW operations in generating reports. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Gather data, build charts, graphs, and tables in Excel and create dynamic and exciting PowerPoint presentations. to review with clients in regular scheduled business reviews. · Schedule quarterly Client Business Reviews with top ODW, DT, and SLG customers and lead presentations. · Coordinate, design, and deliver annual Client Relationship Review presentations to top 10 ODW clients. · Deliver client feedback survey (Net Promoter Score) 4x/year via online survey software to top clients. Analyze and present results to clients and ODW executive team. Write summary reports from Client Business Reviews and Client Relationship Reviews to share with ODW operations team and executive team. · Assist ODW operations with creating special reports (KPI reporting, Continuous Improvement initiatives, Inventory reporting, etc.) · Assist with designing, writing, and creating client case studies. · Assist with designing digital marketing materials and online display ads. · Bachelor’s Degree and 3 - 5 years in account management, client relations, or similar role. · Strong MSFT Excel and PowerPoint skills · Confident presenting in from of senior executives. Preferred: · Previous experience working in warehouse, transportation or logistics industry, experience working with client feedback and surveys. · Experience building creative in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In design, or similar design software.
