Job Description


The Client Project Specialist is responsible for successful outcomes of small billable projects in support of their existing installation and growth. These projects are built using Intelerad's project methodology that encompasses execution and reporting processes. Project governance, risk monitoring, and other activities are key elements in the daily reality. The Client Project Specialist also collaborates with the Senior Project Manager on their assigned projects.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee small projects and provide proper status and progress including but not limited to module addition, DICOM and HL7 migrations

  • Manage small projects within the PMO until client acceptance

  • Liaise directly with project stakeholders (both internal and external) to keep them updated as to progress on different projects

  • Assist with KPI/metric gathering related to the Project Specialist team deliverables within PMO

  • Assist in updating Visio or LucidChart diagrams for clients

  • Suggest and Participate into Lessons Learned Management

  • Suggest and participate in project processes continuous improvements, in collaboration with other service delivery teams

  • Coordinating, tracking and following up on trials or early adopter of modules


Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Computer Science, Engineering or other equivalent experience

  • 1-3 years of experience coordinating multiple small projects

  • Client relations experience in the software industry

  • Direct experience in a customer facing role with demonstrated ability to gather complex customer requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand medical imaging

  • Excellent analytical, research, organization and planning skills

  • Excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills
