Innovista Health Solutions is an Illinois-based service organization with management services operations in Illinois and Texas. We are currently looking for a Client Manager in our Oak Brook, IL office. JOB SUMMARY:

The Client Manager (CM) is the client advocate within Innovista and serves as the primary point-of-contact between Innovista and the Client. Provides leadership, organizational oversight and program facilitation for the success of the client. The CM is the internal and external conduit for communications pertaining to the client. The objective of the CM is to understand client needs/objectives, working with the Client Management Director (CMD) and other internal and external constituents to execute projects and campaigns accomplishing daily, weekly and monthly objectives. Responsibilities include, at the direction of the CMD, oversight of key functions of Client Management Representatives, and collaboration with Contracting & Network Development and Medical Management, and with CMD, creation and monitoring of the overall P&L for the account. As a member on the Client Management team, this position assists and collaborates with others throughout the organization to assure achievement of organizational goals.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works with CMD to build P and L and client-based goals
  • Conducts regular client account reviews ensuring client goals and expectations are met.
  • Foster client vision and strategy while establishing clear expectations in collaborating with the client.
  • Build and maintain client relationships with key client leaders, physicians and staff.
  • Ensures client issues are being resolved/processed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborates with client, internal partners, and external payers to identify new opportunities for client to drive membership and profitability growth.
  • Champions and supports process improvement and deliverables to support client requirements
  • At the Direction of the CMD, oversees Client Services Representative in delivering services to client
  • Actively partner with other operational areas including Finance, Claims, Customer Service, MM, and IT/Reporting to support client.
  • Contribute to team planning and budgets.
  • Interact with providers, vendors, members, regulators, other external constituents, organizations and persons in a manner that assures a positive, professional customer experience with Innovista.

. Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience, including health care services/managed care/consulting, with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with delegated commercial models.
  • Knowledge of process improvement, population health, and health systems planning.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate analytic skills when problem solving.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and ability to learn department and job specific software systems.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Able to commit to Innovista’s corporate mission and values
  • Able to switch priorities in a positive and effective manner when directed by Company leadership.
  • Able to effectively communicate technical concepts with team members and basic business concepts with team members and internal customers.
  • Valid Driver’s License and vehicle required. Ability to travel for client meetings within the state required.
  • Eligible for consideration of partial work from home status upon completion of probationary period as designated by the direct supervisor.
