The Account Management Client Consultant supports the ongoing management to assigned Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and state plans across the country providing administrative and tactical support with execution of day-to-day client interaction, request and activities. In this role you will help to ensure ModivCare is compliant to contractual expectations and creates a best in-class experience for their account stakeholders.
You will partner closely with ModivCare's leadership and mult-functional teams to monitor and ensure compliance to service delivery and financial requirements; identify and address service delivery deficiencies; create and implement corrective action plans; and identify and roll out new account service initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Provides rapid, clear, insightful responses to Clients via email or phone.
- Collaborates with internal teams to provide optimal problem resolution.
- Champions new technology improvements and corporate initiatives.
- Attends and facilitates client meetings in collaboration with National Director, Senior Director of Operations and Client Executive.
- Communicates to Account Management regarding key Client insights including opportunities for enhanced service and/or expanded offerings.

Education
Experience
- 3+ years relevant work experience and at least 1 year management/supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Experience interacting with external customers, individuals, families, mental health, elder services and facilities programs
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of clinical UR and QA, Medicaid, Medicare guidelines and covered services preferred
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
Computer Skills
- Must be technologically competent with Microsoft products to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint software.

Salary: $45,917 - $61,222/annually
