We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Associate. This client-facing position is designed to encourage advancement and development in the financial services field.
The individual will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, handling their requests that are non-advisory in nature, or delegating requests to the appropriate team member. This position does not attend client meetings and does not require advisory knowledge, but does require empathy, strong listening skills, and a love of people.
General Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Nurture and cultivate strong relationships with our clients, anticipating and fulfilling their needs and requests, while offering unparalleled service.
- Responsive Communication: As the primary client contact in the firm, you will offer responsive, warm, and sincere communication with clients through telephone calls, emails, and in person.
- Meeting Management: Establish and manage our advisor meeting schedule for all client and prospective client meetings, confirming appointments, and coordinating receipt of documents.
- General Administrative: Prepare any needed correspondence, maintain contact management database and perform administrative and office support activities for multiple professionals in the firm.
Required:
- College degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred, preference given to BS/BA in psychology, communications, or business administration
- Minimum 5 years of professional office experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)

- Ability to listen and empathize with client needs
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client’s needs and requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Must demonstrate excellence in organizational and time management skills
