The Unemployment Compensation Board of Review adjudicates second-level appeals. In order to be eligible for this position, you must:
Work hours: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Work hours and schedule may vary based on operational need.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing clerical support in the preparation and processing of Board appeal documents in order to meet federal timeliness guidelines, process all incoming and outgoing correspondence timely, determine appropriate referrals for incoming correspondence, retrieve cases and files for correspondence responses, courteously handle telephone calls and provide appropriate referrals when necessary.
