Clerical Assistant
Type: Full Time

Hours: 35-40/hrs. week
Rates and Compensation:

• $18.00/hr. Depending on experience
• Paid Time Off & Benefits available after probationary period

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented assistant for our main office with potential for future growth. Located in beautiful Johns Landing, this position will be Monday-Friday and is best suited for an individual looking for a long-term job. Job duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Coping/Faxing
• Entries into spreadsheets
• Review various reports and invoices to ensure data is correct
• Filing
• Answering phones & Customer Service
• Various other office duties

Ideal candidate will:

• Possess 2+ years of bookkeeping/general office experience
• Have experience balancing reports daily and monthly
• Feel comfortable working with weekly and monthly deadlines
• Be experienced with 10-key
• Have experience managing inventory
• Be detail-oriented and able to do light multi-tasking
• Work well with employees at all levels of our organization, communicating with them face-to-face, and via phone and email
