Overview: The Claims Analyst monitors chargeback claims, verifying and updating information in our system, reviewing customer portals, compliance manuals and working with Sales, Operations, Customer Service & A/R to properly investigate all types of operational chargebacks. Good communications skills, written & verbal. Ability to multi-task, detail oriented & organized, very good follow-up skills. Ability to conduct detailed research is needed when verifying claims. Able to work independently and with others. Good Computer Skills, Microsoft Office Suite.
