Responsibilities: Responsibilities

• Provides day to day supervision.
• Functions as general and technical supervisor as listed in CAP, CLIA, and NJDOHSS Regulations.
• The supervisor may also perform the duties of a technologist as workload requires.

• Blood Bank experience require to maintain an efficient transfusion medicine department.
• Progressive Management Experience. Knowledge of hospital laboratory practices, including infection control requirements, chemical and biological hazards.
• Knowledge of governmental and regulating policies and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
• ASCP Certification Required
• 3 years of Blood Bank experience including supervisory experience required
