JOB DESCRIPTION-CHIP FRYER

Responsibilities will include:

• Rotate tortillas properly to ensure freshness
• Cut tortillas to proper chip size
• Fry the tortillas to correct doneness
• Label and rotate bins of fresh fried chips
• Maintain and filter fryer for cleanliness and freshness of oil

$10.00-$11.00

Position requires ability to learn Hacienda’s standard kitchen procedures,
organization, ability to perform functions quickly and accurately. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior food service experience is helpful but not necessary.
