To provide direct client services to clientele. Will provide services to multi-ethnic, mono-lingual population, and provide assurance of services for children and youth with special healthcare needs. Services will be addressed on an individual, family, and systems level. Provide direct client services for medically and financially eligible clients to attain mutually determined goals; gather, generate and maintain appropriate records and accurate completion of forms for social work intervention, expand, enhance and contribute to the improvement of services of the Children's Medical Services program; develop and maintain personal skills knowledge and understanding of Public Health, Children's Medical Services and related information needed to assure accurate, competent, and professional implementation of the Children's Medical Service program and the Public Health Division's Mission statement. Services are provided in communities, clinics, auxiliary site settings and in the homes of consumers to a diverse racial and ethnic population, many of whom do not speak English.
