*** Our client is looking to hire a Child Care Worker in the Cape Cod, MA area. Must have weekend availability and a high school diploma.***

Responsibilities:
Promote a physically safe and emotionally healthy environment while supervising students during evening residential activities.
- Communicate about issues which impact students and program operation to team and supervisor.
- Assist in the preparation of IEPs, annual and semi-annual assessments.
- Maintain logs and record behavioral progress
- Maintain clear visuals for monitoring cameras.
- Provide informal counseling with students
- Maintain a clean environment for students.
- Track clothing including seasonal rotation.
- Constructively participate in team meetings and supervision
- Implement laundry schedules, chore charts, shower schedules
- Maintain confidential student information.
- Provide crisis prevention intervention as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of human service experience required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to handle children in crisis situations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
