Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers. Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, developing improvement plans when needed. Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; Associate degree required with educational plan to complete Bachelor’s degree At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required Candidates must be fully vaccinated or undergo weekly testing for COVID-19 (testing supplies and tracking provided by Bright Horizons) to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from illness.
