SALARY: Commensurate with experience. The Chief of HRIS is considered the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of HR Systems including security administration, business process design, user experience, reporting and analytics. The Chief of HRIS works in close collaboration with the Office of Information Technology (OIT). The position is focused on data analytics, reporting and creating effective systems to support the entire enterprise. A vacancy exits in the HRIS Records Management Division of the Office of Human Resources.

(Experience in human resources administration may be substituted on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of four years for the required education. Education beyond a bachelor's degree in human resources administration, business or public administration, education, psychology, or law may be substituted on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of two years for the required experience.)
