We are seeking candidates for a full-time Hotel Engineer position located in Foxborough, MA, This is an exciting opportunity in the hospitality field with a growing hotel management company.
This position is responsible for:
- The maintenance of guest rooms and common hotel areas including the lobby, laundry areas, pool and outside grounds.
- Daily responsibilities include responding to guest complaints, addressing ongoing maintenance issues and ensuring the overall safety in guest rooms and public areas
- Facilitating and executing any and all preventive maintenance
- Work with collaboratively with any contractors as needed
- Overseeing one engineering/houseperson employee
Ideal candidates have the following background:
- At least four years of experience working in the hospitality, property management industries or working in large scale residential buildings
- Previous experience with general maintenance and minor repairs. Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical or other trades preferred.
- Pool Operator Certification required
