The Chase Real Estate Design & Construction team sits within the Consumer and Community Bank and is responsible for delivering all capital design and construction onstruction projects for CCB, including new builds and renovations. The Operations and Partner Management team within Chase RE D&C oversees all business process operations for RD&C as well as all partner relationships - both external (JLL, CBRE, Mace) and Internal (GTI, Security, FM, GRE, OCDN). This team ensures that siloed efforts across JPMC and external partners are in alignment to deliver the Chase branch network in a timely and cost-effective way, while also achieving the broader JPMC goals of leveraging xLoB synergies within an out-sourced principal project management model.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about using data and delivering data driven results within our Design & Construction team in Retail Real Estate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of branch level data, file organization, and project tracking.
