We are seeking an experienced Charges and Estimates Coordinator to join our team.

Why We Need You

The Charges and Estimates position directs, plans and coordinates a variety of patient and client service functions that are related to the client management and healthcare teams for the Emergency/Critical Care Department. customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. These functions include, but are not limited to:

• Acting as a liaison between client and doctor.
• Updating charges/estimates.
• Maintenance of veterinary medical records.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Educating clients on procedures and answering client questions.

The Charges and Estimates Coordinator will have an in depth working knowledge of veterinary medicine and hospital procedures an protocols. This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for the client and patient from the time they enter the exam room to the point of discharging the patient.
