He/she is responsible for planning, directing, supervising, implementing and evaluating nursing care of patients. Reports to Critical Care Unit Director. Responsible for Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Student Nurses, and Volunteers who may be working under his/her supervision during the scheduled shift.
