Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and / or Experience: M.Div. (Master of Divinity) or Master’s degree in theology, pastoral ministry or pastoral counseling,. A minimum of 3-4 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of one full unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or to complete CPE training in the first 18 months of employment. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. If fluent in a language in addition to English, and this is required for the position, the title of Chaplain Specialist will be used. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
