As part of our growth, we are now looking for a passionate Channel Partner Manager, to join our team in US. While direct sales has been the primary sales channel for us in the past, we expect indirect sales to play a much bigger role going forward.

Our Channel Sales team is responsible for finding and nurturing partnerships that help us to scale our business through indirect sales. This means working with a wide range of different partner companies: top-tier management consultancies, best-of-breed procurement software vendors, leading data providers, as well as agents targeting our non-core markets.

As a Channel Partner Manager, you would

  • Find new prospective partners, contact them, and sell the value proposition of collaborating with us.
  • Nurture the existing relationships with partners to equip them with the best tools and knowledge to bring sales opportunities to us.
  • Communicate actively with existing partners to review pipeline and targets and do joint business planning.
  • Assist Channel Partners in bring deals to successful closure.
  • Work internally with other Sievonians, especially from the Sales team.
  • Provide active support and improvement ideas to our existing Channel Sales practices.
  • Have the courage to question things and to speak up: We believe development comes from challenging the status quo.
  • Be the first US based employee in our Channel Sales function and have a huge opportunity to impact the development of it.

We are looking for a candidate that already has a few years’ experience in partner management, account management, sales, and/or management consulting. We value people who understand sales, enjoy working with external stakeholders, have an analytical mindset, and possess a certain intellectual curiosity for learning, as well as the drive to get things done.

  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Management Consulting experience is valued.
  • BA or BS required, MS or MA Preferred.
