Overview: Under general supervision, but following established policies and procedures, is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, for exhibiting professionalism in handling of customers, and for facilitating loan operations activities. Requires a good working knowledge of PC applications, business protocol, loan documentation, and business communications techniques.Responsibilities:- Run weekly/monthly exception reports, distribute to officers/lending assistants 2 Process loan draw requests
- Prepare construction draw schedules and process fundings
- Process incoming mail
- Process loan payments
- Post payoffs to loan system
- Deliver files/information to loan officers when requested
- Handle loan customer servicing
- Process payment extensions
- Setup and maintain loan/credit files
- Mail note notices and rate change notices
- Handle UCC continuations
- Update information on system for credit exceptions
- Add/update system for collateral exceptions
- Work insurance exceptions
- Release liens and mail paid out loans and collateral/with supervision
- Performs verfication of deposits and letters of good standing for customers
- Quotes payoffs to customers, title companies, etc; handles customer inquiries. Sends payoff letters to tiUe companies
- General filing of documents in loan/credit files
- Handles moving files to storage area annually or as needed
- Train for loan document preparation (after conversion)
- Handles credit disputes
- Handle departmental supply orders
- Back-up for submitting information for credit life refunds
- Backup for running searches on UCC's, credit reports and flood certificates
- Back-up for other loan processors
- Assist supervisor as instructed
- Other duties as assigned
- Responsible to the Loan Operations Manager for fulfillment of functions and responsibilities.
- Advise and assist officers and staff in their respective functions associated with loan operations.
- Have extensive contact with customers, the public and the community, and conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the overall marketing effort of the Bank.
- Participate with community projects as called upon.
- Maintain confidentiality of Bank and customer information.
Qualifications:- High School Diploma
