The Marketing Systems Analyst role will be part of the Marketing Execution Validation team within Performance Marketing. The Marketing Execution Validation team focuses on quality for both customer facing and non-customer facing materials relating to Chase credit cards, the Auto line of business and Consumer and Business Retail banking. In this role, you will be responsible for performing validations to ensure marketing creative copy (print/digital media) accurately reflects the offer builds and/or marketing requirements prior to their release to market. Continuously providing high quality standards with an eye for detail to ensure our customers, both internal and external, receive the most accurate information possible. In this fast paced, dynamic environment you will have the opportunity to partner with many stakeholders across card and the lines of business, as well as other execution teams.

As a Marketing Systems Analyst you will be responsible to:


  • Validate various work types (marketing creatives across all channels) prior to release into the Marketplace
  • Partner with various groups in the identification of new validation types, the development of associated business requirements and the creation of process/ procedures
  • Facilitate dialogue with stakeholders for any work that does not meet the standards established by Card Services Compliance, Marketing Execution and Marketing
  • Lead/participate in the training needed to execute validations for any new regulatory, new partner or product launches
  • Easily adapt to system enhancements and procedural changes required to conduct validations
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and ability to multi-task while prioritizing assigned work accordingly

Required skills/experience
  • Ability to read/write/speak Spanish a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experienced with marketing materials
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate effectively on both a technical and business

    level

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the organization and in a team

    environment to develop and maintain positive relationships

  • Outstanding problem solving skills and ability to apply appropriate tools and level of analysis to all situations
  • Ability to deal with confrontational situations in a positive manner
