Responsibilities:
  • Ensures standards and procedures are followed for filing timely and accurate billing of claims
  • Reviews Tracker Tool to manage Accounts Receivable and claims on an ongoing basis
  • Ensures adequate communication with facility staff to ensure timely resolution of claim issues
  • Supervises the hiring and orientation of billing staff
  • Provides oversight of billing staff
  • Monitors receivables for problem areas and large account balances
  • Identifies and reviews trends to troubleshoot processing issues

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in medical billing (preferable in a Skilled Nursing Facility)
  • Working knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC).
  • Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience
  • Must be able to show proven leadership abilities
  • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
