Title: Catering Supervisor Reports to: National Catering Training Manager; dotted line to the General Manager FLSA: Non-exempt Supervises: n/a Pay: $16-19/hour plus tips; starting hourly wage based on experience The Catering Supervisor supervises the total catering operations in one of our restaurants. This position includes duties such as catering order taking, driver dispatch, loading & delivery of orders, catering production and preparation. This position also requires working directly with our existing guests and conducting sales building activities. The expectation is for the Catering Supervisor to drive incremental sales through repeat business with great customer service as well as canvass for new business in the community.
