Sodexo Universities is seeking an experienced Catering Manager 3 at Stonehill College ! Located South of Boston, Stonehill is a private Catholic College with an enrollment of 2,500. Works with the catering coordinators and executive chefs on menu planning, event details and staffing for events. Collaborates with the University Conference and Events staff on sales meetings, proposals and final execution of events. Recruits, trains and develops a strong student catering team including bartenders and wait staff for high profile events. Individual has a strong passion for exceptional customer service, promoting local and sustainable events and strong organization and leadership skills.

Position Summary: Oversight of catering activities for a medium to large size location/unit with less than $1.5M in managed catering volume. Complex events with a high degree of hands on involvement in catering solutions. Large amount of high profile events. Strong client interaction.
Key Duties
Qualifications & Requirements: Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
