Salary: RN: $28.00-$30.00 LPN: $18.00-$20.00 Position Summary: This is a highly professional position responsible for identifying client alterations in health, assessing the client's responses to actual and potential health problems and prescribed treatments, and providing appropriate nursing interventions to return the client to baseline health with appropriate physician orders. This position requires the ability to build professional, empathic, caring and supportive relationships with youths, and to work as part of an interdisciplinary team, while ensuring efficient and quality services. Services may sometimes be provided in home or community settings. Minimum Qualifications: Must be a Florida Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with at least two years of experience. Preferred experience working with people who have substance use and/or co-occurring disorders. Must have working knowledge of CAT model, behavioral and treatment interventions, and ability to deliver health education. Driver Requirement: Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
