ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*
- Responsible for setting up the banquet room and guest tables as specified.
- Provide food and beverage service to our guests.
- Observe guests to ensure they are satisfied with food, beverages and service.
- Respond to the guests needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Remove and reset dishes and silverware as needed throughout the event.
- Clear the table and remove linens when the event is finished.
- Remove and properly store the table skirting.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Must follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Follow all general and department policies and procedures.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and/or team members.
- Ability to use applicable Point of Sale.
- Strong organization, prioritization and multiple-tasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust to change in a positive manner.
- Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
- American Indian/Alaska Native preferences apply
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR TESTING
- Must have a Washington State Food Handler’s Permit.
- Must have a Class 12 or Class 13 Liquor Server Permit.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation.
- Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening.
- Must be able to complete 7 Cedars Resort customer service program.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS
- Must be able to work in a “smoker friendly” environment.
- Must be available to work any shift (to include all hours, weekends, and/or holidays as job duties require).
- Must be able to lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs. unassisted.
- Physical ability to access all areas of the property applicable to your position.
- Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing and twisting without restriction.
- Requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity; ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
- Must have the ability to reach at or below/above shoulder level on a continuous basis.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment and maintain physical stamina, proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with customers, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
