True Baristas is a family owned and vintage coffee truck. Your job responsibilities will include taking orders, prepping food, making drinks, stocking items, and assisting your co-worker in the truck. As we continue to grow, you should be comfortable with taking other responsibilities that may include training new employees, among other items.

True Baristas is a fast paced work environment, and the ability to work under pressure is required. You will be working with one other person in the coffee truck which requires you to be a focused team player.

Previous barista or food service business is preferred, but not required. We will provide you the training you need to succeed in the role. You will be required to learn quickly and build relationships for customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
We are a food truck, and employees are required to wear masks at all times. We sanitize the POS system after every order and sanitize customers tables. Customers are not required to wear a mask when ordering, but since we are outside exposure is reduced.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Food Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

Shift Availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)

Pay frequency:

• Every other week
