The BriteWorX Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the BriteWorX Manager in maintaining efficient operation of the BriteWorX Car Washery and staff. The position is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and assisting the BriteWorX Manager in creating a superior image at the facility, in addition to ensuring customers receive a quality wash from a well-maintained operation.
The BriteWorX Assistant Manager will promote cash wash sales and engage customers in carwash promotions, while providing customers with an exceptional buying experience. The position has responsibility for addressing customer concerns and security of company assets during the Manager’s absence.
This position will operate the wash alongside BriteWorX Associates and will spend much of their work time outside.
