The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Support other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership
- Exhibit a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability.
- Accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments and call follow-up
- Train and direct a team of Car Sales Representatives
- Must be a strong closer willing to engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross
- Actively support, encourage and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale
- Assist in managing profitable wholesale and retail transactions through Car Sales Consultant and F & I Teams
- Finalizing Purchase, Trade-in, and Sales agreements, contracts, etc.
- Motivating Team members
- Lot display, inventory management & pricing
- Assist in managing a cost efficient and quality reconditioning process
- Utilizing e-commerce tools, ie social media, listing services, inventory systems, etc
- Executing advertising and promotional plans
- Assisting with various Remarketing initiatives
- Assist in managing Rent 2 Buy sales and related processes
- Work closely with Hertz Rental facilities
Essential Requirements:Educational Background:- High School Diploma or equivalent
Professional Experience:- Three years’ experience in car sales
- Previous F+I experience
- Valid Drivers’ License and a clean record
Skills:- Capable of delivering
- Able to succeed in a global, matrix organization
- Desire to excel
- Able to garner support from Stakeholders on all initiatives
- Stable work history
