We are looking to expand our team of customer service oriented Delivery Driver along our Southern California route. We distribute the most requested cannabis brands in California to retail locations. As a Delivery Driver, we would look for you to become the worlds best at assisting our retail partners to deliver, restock, display and sell cannabis products.

Our ideal candidate for this position will take pride in their ability to provide exceptional customer service while also ensuring a safe, accurate, efficient, friendly, and timely delivery.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Cannabis Delivery Drivers delivers orders, collects payments and interacts with our business partners/clients while completing all work-related items and documentation. This position reports to the Transportation Manager and plays a critical role representing the organization.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Complete deliveries as directed in an effective, timely and professional manner
  • Professional, trustworthy, reliable, punctual, consistent, detail-oriented
  • Precision with complying with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) - especially SOP's created for COVID-19. We provide all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Uses good judgment and discretion; maintains company confidentiality
  • Comply with meal and rest break requirements
  • Demonstrate core values
  • Complete organized payment pickups and maintain detailed cash recording

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make B2B deliveries daily to our valued clients in cannabis dispensaries
  • Manage inventory for deliveries and pick-ups
  • Handle cash when picking up payment for accounts receivable
  • Follow internal procedures and SOP's to keep cash organized and protected
  • Follow strict SOP's regarding interactions with customers in regards to COVID-19
  • Complete detailed daily reports associated with deliveries and pick-ups
  • Provide outstanding business partner/client service
  • Share product knowledge with business partners/clients as directed
  • Commit to always demonstrating our core values: Happy, Hungry, Focused, Honest
  • Project a professional image with attire, attitude and interactions
  • Maintain company confidentiality
  • Collaborate and communicate with sales team and distribution management to assist with supporting delivery changes, sharing product issues, communicating payment matters, etc.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to drive a company provided vehicle for eight (8) plus hours daily
  • Able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs daily
  • Good vision and hearing

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record
