We are an artisan beeswax candle manufacturing company in Dripping Springs. We are seeking someone who is energetic, efficient and self-starting to assist in candle production, and shipping + packaging duties. This individual must have the ability to effectively multi-task and meet daily requirements with strong attention to detail and time management. He or she should have a positive team attitude and strong work ethic. A background in crafting, administration, assembly, manufacturing, production or shipping is beneficial.

Duties:
- Producing candles with manual dexterity and high attention to detail
- Ability to work with accuracy and high efficiency after training
- Ability to multi task to meet/exceed daily requirements and deadlines
- Ability to handle, critique and adjust techniques to get best results
- Ability to ask thoughtful questions when unfamiliar with processes and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized production area - Good team communication skills

- Strong problem solving skills
- packaging candles and shipping duties when needed
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work in methodical processes under time pressures
- Standing for 6 to 8 hours a day - Ability to work with hot materials - Willingness to perform various duties and tasks as requested

Qualifications:
-Awesomeness
-Good Eye sight and hand-eye coordination.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Bilingual not required but beneficial

-Must have Reliable Transportation -Must be available to at least three days a week M-F between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm, 15 - 25 hours a week. More hours potentially available.

-Must take pride in producing the highest quality work

Compensation per hour based on experience. Must have dependable transportation. Prefer close proximity to Dripping Springs.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
